We run a free diagnostic that includes a battery health check, then confirm whether your symptoms are really the battery — a failing charger or a charging-circuit fault can look identical from the outside. If the battery is the problem, we install a replacement matched to your model and verify capacity, charge behavior, and runtime before it goes back to you.

Safety firstIf your trackpad is rising or the bottom case is bulging, unplug the charger and power the Mac down. A swollen lithium battery is a safety issue — bring it in as soon as you can, and don’t press or puncture it.

Should I go to Apple instead?
If your Mac is still covered by AppleCare+, Apple’s battery price is genuinely hard to beat — we’ll tell you so. For out-of-warranty Macs, we’re typically faster and noticeably cheaper, with the same 90-day warranty.
What runtime should I expect afterward?
Most MacBook models are back to a full workday — roughly 7–10 hours of light use — with a healthy battery. We’ll tell you what’s realistic for your specific model at the quote.
