Warranty & Service Policy
Every repair we complete carries a 90-day parts-and-labor warranty. Here's exactly what that means — in plain English.
The short versionFor 90 days from pickup, if the fault we repaired comes back, we fix it again at no charge — parts and labor. If the same part fails, we replace it.
1. What's covered
- The specific fault diagnosed and repaired, for 90 days from the date you pick up the device
- Parts we installed, against defect or premature failure
- Our labor, for the covered repair
- The diagnostic and any labor to perform a covered warranty repair — always free to you
2. What's not covered
- New damage: drops, impacts, and accidents that happen after pickup
- New liquid exposure: spills after the repair — including on liquid-damage repairs (re-exposure is the one thing no honest shop can warranty)
- Misuse or wear: damage from unauthorized modifications, extreme heat, or abuse
- Third-party work: faults caused by another party opening or "fixing" the device after our repair
- Software issues: unrelated OS problems, malware, or account trouble arising after service
- Data: see section 4 — backups are your responsibility
3. How to make a claim
Bring the Mac back with your repair invoice (or just your name — we keep records), or call (888) 864-8399 if you're a mail-in customer. We re-diagnose at no charge. If the fault is the one we repaired, the follow-up repair is on us — including parts and return shipping for mail-in customers.
4. A note on your data
We recommend backing up before any service, including warranty service. While we take every professional precaution and never browse your files, we cannot guarantee data preservation unless it is expressly stated in your approved quote.
5. Beyond 90 days
After the warranty period, we're still here — and still reasonable. If something we repaired fails shortly after coverage ends, talk to us. We'd rather keep a customer than win an argument about dates.
